Shish Tawook

Shish Tawook

Ingredients             
  • skin-less boneless chicken cut into cubes or strips
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup                                                             
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced                                                               
  • 3/4 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper ( to taste)
Directions

  1.  Mix tomato paste, ketchup, garlic, mustard, soy sauce, dried oregano, olive oil, yougurt, paprika, salt and pepper together.  Then add to skin-less chicken. Make sure you coate all pieces.
  2. Marinate over night (If you don’t have time anything over half an hour is fine)
  3. Skewer the chicken and grill or put in oven (375 degrees F) until chicken is fully cooked.
